Welcome to Media Dynasty. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any agreements entered into with Media Dynasty, a full-service creative design and digital marketing agency based in New York City and serving clients nationwide. By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Media Dynasty offers creative design, branding, website design, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, content creation, and related services. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a written proposal, contract, or agreement specific to each project.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for Media Dynasty to perform services.
Supply all required content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Review and approve work promptly to avoid project delays.
Failure to meet these obligations may impact the quality, scope, and timeline of deliverables.
All fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the signed agreement or invoice.
Payments are due according to the specified terms.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
All payments made to Media Dynasty are non-refundable. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and accepts that creative design and digital marketing services involve time, strategy, and resource allocation that cannot be recovered once initiated. The Client assumes all risk associated with their decision to invest in these services. Media Dynasty makes no guarantees regarding specific results, and no refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
Media Dynasty retains ownership of all creative concepts, strategies, and materials until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the Client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Media Dynasty reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Media Dynasty shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Client agrees that the maximum liability of Media Dynasty, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds will be provided.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Queens County, New York.
Media Dynasty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
